Data Deletion Request

Smack Tax Lifeline gives you full control over your data. In compliance with Google Play Data Safety policies, you can request to delete your entire account or specific types of data.

Option 1: Full Account Deletion

This permanently removes your account and all associated data. This action is irreversible.

Data that will be deleted:

• Identity: Name, Email Address, User ID.
• Financial Info: Income logs, Expense records, Tax settings.
• Location: All GPS mileage trips and history.
• Files: Receipt images and uploaded documents.

How to request:

1. In-App: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

2. Web Request: If you cannot access the app, click the button below.

Request Full Account Deletion

Option 2: Partial Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of specific data categories without deleting your entire account (e.g., "Delete all location history" or "Delete receipts older than 2024").

Request Partial Data Deletion

Data Retention Policy: We process all deletion requests within 30 days. When you delete data, we follow a deletion process to make sure that your data is safely and completely removed from our servers or retained only in anonymized form for legal tax compliance purposes if required by law.
